Was responsible for all aspects of the venture including development of marketing materials, hiring and supervision of full time and part time staff, ordering of equipment and supplies, recruiting groups for the conference center and campers for the summer camp program, community relations, fundraising, public speaking, program development, scheduling, supervision of food service operations, maintenance and site development.

Directed and supervised all aspects of two summer camp operations and start-up of a year-round conference center. Supervised TASC- Teens Actively Serving Communities national community service volunteer program. Set up volunteer opportunities at various locations, such as Ronald McDonald Houses, senior citizen residences, etc. Worked with community teem leadership and publicity for the program. Assistant to the International Director of the agency. For seven years led groups of up to 300 teens on the March of the Living, a two week Holocaust study program in Poland and Israel. Led year-long study program prior to the March and worked with survivors in development of program materials.
